UPPER BODY WORKOUT| For toned arms, shoulders and back
This upper body workout is targeted to tone up and shape the upper region of the body, mainly the arms, shoulders and back. Using only body weight and an optional pair of weights (which you can substitute for 2 water bottles), this workout is designed to increase muscle strength.
p.s. This workout can also be done without the use of weights and modifications (easy versions) are provided for every exercise. Using a 2L water bottle will provide you with a 2Kg weight.
