This lower body workout checks all these boxes! Training lower body can be tough, but not when doing this FUN chair workout! All exercises are modified to suit all abilities but make sure you never settle for comfort!! We can set our glutes on fire, even when using generic house equipment. Apart from a chair, you will also be needing a pair of weights (which you can substitue for 2, 2L water bottles) and an optional resistance band. Enjoy, and let it burn!
