Why spend hours training core, trying to perfect those abs when all you need is 10 minutes daily? The core is a part of the body which gets tired quite easily and rapidly. In this workout, you have a 1 WEEK program with a 10 minute daily core workout. Throughout this week, we will be targeting all related core muscles mainly the lower tummy, side oblique and abdominals. All exercises are low impact and using only body weight. 1 dumbbell can be used for some exercises (optional). By the end of the week, you’ll surely notice a tighter, firmer and flatter abdomen!
